WP reported 75 deaths in the US attack on Venezuela

During the US military operation against Venezuela, more than 70 people became victims of military actions, The Washington Post (WP) reported on January 7.

"The American government believes that about 75 people were killed during Saturday's military operation to capture Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro," unnamed officials told the media.

It is specified that dozens of people died as a result of a shootout at the residence of the head of state in Caracas. At the same time, one of the interlocutors of the publication stated at least 67 dead, another source indicated that the victims ranged from 75 to 80 people.
