On January 6, Izvestia correspondent Anton Shlyachkov was beaten by law enforcement officers while covering the situation with the raid of security forces at the Harvest Fest underground rock band festival in the MO[three] bar.

Near the establishment, he saw two masked law enforcement officers heading towards their car and paddy wagon. The journalist tried to take them off, to which the security forces reacted aggressively — they started shouting and wringing their hands behind their backs despite explaining that he was a media employee. After that, the correspondent was knocked to the ground and dragged inside the institution itself, where he was surrounded by a crowd and began to be beaten.

One of the blows landed in the eye area, as a result of which the journalist had a noticeable abrasion. At the same time, the main part of the blows, including with a stun gun, fell on the body. In addition, the security forces tried to exert psychological pressure.

Also, the journalist was not allowed to get the press card out of the bag, and as a result, they completely dumped all the things out of it. After about 40 minutes of waiting, the man was finally released, saying "go all four ways."

A raid by security forces on the Harvest Fest underground rock band festival in Moscow was reported on the evening of January 6. It is noted that law enforcement officers broke into the institution. According to eyewitnesses, several people had their documents checked. Law enforcement officers also carried out several arrests.
