Greenland's Prime Minister urges Washington to stop putting pressure on the island

Greenland's Prime Minister Jens-Frederik Nielsen considers the "repeated rhetoric" of the United States towards the island disrespectful and unacceptable. He wrote about it on Facebook on January 5 (banned in the Russian Federation, belongs to the Meta corporation, recognized as extremist in Russia).

"We are open to dialogue. We are open to communication. But this should happen through the right channels [of communication] and with respect for international law," he said.
