One person was killed and four injured due to a car entering a bus stop in Kuban.

In the city of Goryachy Klyuch, Krasnodar Territory, a car crashed into a public transport stop, killing one woman and injuring four people. This was announced on January 4 by the main regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

"As a result of an accident at a bus stop, a woman was killed, a 15-year—old girl and a man were injured, as well as the driver of Chery and the passenger of the BMW," the report says.

According to preliminary information from the department, the accident occurred in the evening on Detour Street. The 46-year-old driver of the Chery car, turning left, did not give way to the BMW.

After the collision, the BMW was carried to a bus stop, where people were at that moment. In addition, Chery crashed into a Toyota on impact. Police officers are working at the scene, the circumstances of the incident are being investigated.

Earlier that day, four people were killed and four others injured in a collision between five cars and a truck in the Rostov region. A criminal case has been opened on this fact under Part 5 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of traffic rules by a person driving a vehicle, which negligently resulted in the death of two or more persons").
