Sventitsky, head of the Council of Organizations of Russian Compatriots in Georgia, has died

Nikolai Sventitsky, Chairman of the Coordinating Council of Organizations of Russian Compatriots in Georgia, director of the Tbilisi State Russian Drama Theater named after A.S. Griboyedov, theater and public figure, died in Tbilisi at the age of 70. This was announced on January 4 by the Russian Club.

"Nikolai Sventsky is dead today," the club said in a Facebook post (banned in Russia, owned by Meta Corporation, recognized as extremist in the Russian Federation).
