In the village of Oktyabrsky, Belgorod region, one person was killed and two were injured after a targeted strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on December 4 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"The FPV drone attacked the car in which the family was traveling. The driver died on the spot from his injuries. <...> A woman and a four—year-old child <...> received multiple shrapnel wounds," he said in his Telegram channel.

The injured were taken to the Oktyabrskaya district hospital, where they were treated. Their condition is serious. In the future, the wounded will be transferred to medical institutions in Belgorod.
