The Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) is a Russian facility that operates according to the rules and laws of the Russian Federation, so there is no way to manage it jointly with other actors. This was announced on Saturday, January 3, by Yuri Chernichuk, director of the ZAES.
"The NPP is a Russian facility. It is operated by the Russian operator JSC EO ZAES (established by the Rosenergoatom concern), Russian personnel according to the norms, laws and regulations of the Russian Federation," he said in an interview with TASS.
