The detonation of ammunition stored there by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) occurred in a Ukrainian explosion with an alleged strike on the Persona shopping center in Kharkiv. This was announced on January 2 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
"On the published video footage, heavy smoke was recorded in the building a few seconds before the explosion <...>, which indicates that there was a high probability of detonation of ammunition stored there in the Persona shopping center," the agency said in a Telegram channel.
