A list of 12 people killed in the terrorist attack in Khorlakh has been published

The Kherson Regional Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination has published the identities of 12 people who died as a result of a strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a cafe and hotel in Khorly, Kherson region, on New Year's Eve.

"The Kherson Regional Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination has published up-to-date lists of those killed in the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike in Khorlakh. By 17:00 Moscow time on January 2, the identities of 12 dead as a result of a UAV strike by Ukrainian terrorists had been established," a publication on the regional administration's Telegram channel said.

43-year-old Sergei Romaniv, 34-year-old Irina Diaghileva and 44-year-old Svetlana Goldobina joined the list of dead.

In total, there are five men and seven women among those identified. The final identification of all the victims is possible only after a special genetic examination.

On January 1, the governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, announced the attack of three drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on a cafe and a hotel in the village of Khorly. The victims of the attack were 28 people, including two children. A criminal case has been opened into the attack.

On the same day, Russian President Vladimir Putin heard a report from Balance on the situation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike and on the progress of investigative actions. Later, he agreed that the crime was similar to the burning of people in Odessa on May 2, 2014.
