During the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the Belgorod region, three civilians were injured. This was announced on January 2 by Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"As a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacks on our region, three civilians were injured," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

It is noted that in the village of Belyanka, Shebekinsky district, a man and a woman were injured due to an FPV drone attack on a moving car. Gladkov said that they received mine-explosion injuries, as well as shrapnel wounds to the hip and shoulder, after which they were sent to a local hospital.

Another woman also sought medical help after the strike in the center of Belgorod. It is specified that after providing the necessary assistance, the victim refused to be hospitalized.

Earlier that day, Gladkov said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had launched a missile attack on the center of Belogrod, injuring two people. It is indicated that windows in a private house and about 40 apartments were blown out as a result of the shelling. The roof and facade of a commercial facility were damaged, and seven cars were also hit by shrapnel.
