The identities of 13 victims of the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike in the Kherson region have been established.

The investigative authorities were able to identify 13 people who died as a result of a strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Kherson region. This was announced on January 2 by the governor of the region, Vladimir Saldo.

"As a result of the painstaking work of the investigative authorities, it was possible to identify 13 victims," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, experts continue to work on identifying the victims.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a hotel and cafe in Khorly, killing more than 20 people

On January 1, Baldo reported a strike by three drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on a cafe and a hotel in the village of Khorly, Kherson region. According to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, 27 people, including two children, became victims of the attack. It is noted that a criminal case of a terrorist attack has been opened on the fact of the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike.

At the same time, the administration of the Kherson region published the first list of victims of the impact. The list included three men (born in 1970, 1977 and 1983), three women (born in 1959, 1995 and 1999), and one girl born in 2008. Later, two more names were added to the list.
