Temporary restrictions on the admission and release of aircraft (AF) were lifted at the Orenburg airport. This was announced on the morning of January 2 by Artem Korenyako, a representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency.

"Orenburg Airport — restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft have been lifted," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Korenyako clarified that these restrictions were imposed to ensure flight safety, and also added that two aircraft were redirected to an alternate airfield during the period of the measures.
