Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes Kaplan Panes intends to introduce a bill that will exempt young families from hidden payments accompanying the registration of a mortgage loan. He told about it on January 2.

"The mortgage registration process itself is accompanied by a number of mandatory but hidden payments, which place a heavy financial burden on the budget of young families," Panes said in an interview with TASS.
