Government officials have planned to develop and introduce amendments by June next year to strengthen employers' responsibility for the employment of illegal migrants. The relevant documents attest to this on January 2.

"Strengthening the measures of responsibility of employers who attract and use foreign workers for violations of migration legislation. Deadline: June 10, 2026. The form of the final document is a draft federal law," TASS cites their contents.
