The lawyer reminded about the fine for drinking alcohol on the street during the holidays

Drinking alcoholic beverages in public places on public holidays can be fraught with a fine of up to 1.5 thousand rubles, and for minors this can result in registration. This was announced on Friday, January 2, by Natalia Glebova, a member of the Russian Bar Association.

"The consumption (drinking) of alcoholic beverages in places prohibited by federal law entails the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of 500 rubles to 1.5 thousand rubles," she said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
