Pskov paratroopers visited the school named after the first head of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Alexander Zakharchenko and congratulated the students on the New Year as part of the action of the Airborne Troops "Heroes of our Time". Colonel Yuri Vladimirov, Deputy Commander of the Pskov Guards Airborne Assault Unit, conveyed congratulations to the students from Colonel-General Mikhail Teplinsky, Commander of the Airborne Forces and the Dnepr group of troops.
The students were able to get acquainted with samples of modern weapons and equipment used during a special military operation, as well as try themselves as operators of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), master the basics of field medicine and try on the D-10 parachute.

Sweet gifts were prepared for the youngest cadets. The event ended with a concert by the front-line creative brigade of the Airborne Forces with modern and New Year's compositions. The action "Heroes of our time" will be continued in educational institutions of the DPR, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions next year.
