The lawyer reminded about the right not to answer a call from the boss during the holidays

Citizens of the Russian Federation who have a standardized schedule and are not employees of emergency services or law enforcement agencies may not respond to calls from their superiors during the holidays. Lawyer Oleg Zernov announced this on Friday, January 2.

"Holidays are a time of rest for employees according to Article 107 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, therefore, the employer has no right to require them to perform their work duties, including remotely," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
