This was announced on Friday, January 2, by Olga Gorbunova, Associate Professor of the Department of International Business at the Financial University.

According to her, if the situation develops negatively, if sanctions against Russia become tougher, oil prices collapse, and the key rate drops sharply, the exchange rate may exceed 100 rubles per dollar.
