The director of a kindergarten from the DPR was detained in Kiev.
Ukrainian law enforcement officers have detained a 64-year-old kindergarten teacher, a native of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), who came to Kiev with the intention of applying for a pension and obtaining a passport to travel abroad. This was announced on January 1 by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).
"Currently, the detainee has been declared a suspect under Part 3 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine ("Collaboration, propaganda in educational institutions, regardless of types and forms of ownership, in order to facilitate the implementation of armed aggression against Ukraine")," the agency said in a statement on its Telegram channel.
It is specified that at the moment the investigation of the case is ongoing. The woman faces imprisonment.
