The attack by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a cafe and a hotel in Khorly, Kherson region, is planned, Ukrainian militants purposefully attacked a crowd of civilians. This was announced on January 1 by the Russian Foreign Ministry.

The ministry stressed that this incident is another terrorist act directed against the population of the country's regions.
