"The first baby born in Kamchatka in 2026 was a girl who was born at 01:01 (16:01 Moscow time on December 31). The girl's weight is 3 kg. 380 g. The newborn and her mother feel well," the message on the Telegram channel says.

This set is given to parents either upon discharge from a medical institution, or during the birth registration process at the registry office.
