Residents of three Russian cities told about the celebration of the upcoming New Year

On December 31, residents of Krasnoyarsk, Crimea and Perm shared with Izvestia their impressions of the large-scale festivities on the eve of the New Year.

"Happy New Year to everyone! I wish you health, peace, love, joy and happiness in your family, personal and work life," Vladimir from Krasnoyarsk congratulated his fellow citizens.

Many residents decided to celebrate the New Year outdoors in the central squares of their cities. In a festive atmosphere and in a good mood, people are seeing off the last minutes of 2025.

"In 2026, [I wish everyone] more love! If there is love, if there is health, you will have everything," said Alexandra from Perm.

Skating has become a favorite holiday pastime. On the snow-covered ice, residents of Krasnoyarsk, Perm and Crimea circled with sparklers in New Year's images.
