Kiev's actions aimed at attacking the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin have entailed the risk of losing new territories and reducing its influence in possible negotiation processes. This was announced on December 31 by Luxembourg MEP Fernand Kartheiser.

"Ultimately, the Ukrainian attacks may lead to a more significant reduction in its future military capabilities, as well as its territorial volume. Ukraine's role in the negotiations may be weakened, especially in terms of its influence on Washington," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
