On December 31, Armando Mema, a member of the Finnish Freedom Alliance party, criticized the reaction of Kai Kallas, head of the European Diplomacy, to the terrorist attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin. He wrote about this on December 31 in the social network X (ex. Twitter).

"Kaya Callas was supposed to send a diplomatic note to Russia condemning the attack. It seems that at the moment the EU supports terrorism. It's very dangerous," Mema said.

The politician also noted that the European Union (EU) should have distanced itself from the terrorist attack, but instead denies the incident itself, despite the concerns of world leaders, including US President Donald Trump and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Earlier in the day, the head of the European Diplomacy, Kaya Kallas, expressed concern about the international reaction to the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack on the presidential residence. In his post on the social network X (ex. Twitter), she tried to convince that Russia's statement about the strikes was allegedly a "deliberate distraction."

On December 29, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Ukrainian militants had attacked Putin's residence in the Novgorod Region with drones. At the same time, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the attack on the residence from Kiev was a terrorist attack.

Later, on December 31, it became known that the first enemy UAVs entered from the southern direction from the Tver region to the Novgorod region. The anti-aircraft forces crew worked normally, destroying 41 enemy drones during the operation.
