On December 31, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) refused to comment on the terrorist attack by Ukrainian drones on the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"We are aware of these reports. However, we cannot comment on them, as they have not been confirmed," TASS quoted a statement.
