On New Year's Eve, Muscovites may receive an administrative fine of 5,000 to 15,000 rubles for launching fireworks, fireworks and rockets, but in case of severe consequences, the perpetrators face criminal liability. This was recalled on December 31 in the main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow.

Residents were advised to abandon the use of pyrotechnics due to the increased frequency of provocations, TASS reports.
