Dinamo Minsk beat Salavat Yulaev in overtime in the KHL match

Minsk Hockey club (HC) Dynamo defeated Ufa HC Salavat Yulaev 3-2 in overtime in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) regular season match. The meeting was held on December 30 in Ufa.

The winning team featured strikers Vitaly Pinchuk (10th minute), Andrey Stas (26th) and Vadim Shipachev (61st). The latter scored the puck in overtime. Defender Alexey Vasilevsky (41) and striker Jack Rodwald (48) scored for the Ufa club.

Dinamo Minsk is in fourth place in the Western Conference standings with 52 points, Salavat Yulaev is in eighth place in the East with 38 points, Sport-Express adds.

Earlier, on December 26, St. Petersburg HC SKA won an away match of the KHL regular season, beating Dinamo Minsk with a score of 4:1. The game ended with a score of 4:1 in favor of the guests. Forwards Brendan Laipsik (6th minute), Matvey Polyakov (14th minute), and Mikhail Vorobyov (28th, 60th) scored goals for the winners.
