An emergency power outage occurred in the Moscow suburb of Ramenskoye. This was announced on December 30 by the press service of the city administration.

"A technological violation has been recorded at the supply center in Donino — a tire burnout. This was the reason for the temporary absence of light. Mosoblenergo's specialists have already started restoration work," they wrote on the VKontakte social network.
