Siluanov spoke about plans to sell the state-owned Yuzhuralzolot at an open auction.

The Russian Ministry of Finance plans to put up for public auction the state-owned stake in the Yuzhuralzoloto gold mining company (YUGK). This was announced on December 30 by Finance Minister Anton Siluanov.

"An open auction, we will put it up for auction, we will not delay," the head of the department told the Rossiya-24 TV channel.

He added that the privatization process would proceed in much the same way as in the case of the planned sale of Domodedovo Airport.

On the same day, Siluanov noted that an open auction for the privatization of the capital's Domodedovo airport would be held in early 2026.
