The most visited cultural events in Moscow in 2025 are named

In 2025, the five most visited cultural programs organized in the capital included the Theatrical Boulevard and Cultural City festivals, the Moscow International Film Week, the Book in the City project and the Night at the Museum campaign. About 4 million people took part in them, said Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina.

"During the year, large-scale cultural events were held at street venues throughout the capital, at VDNKh, Zaryadye, Moskino Film Park, museums and libraries. Muscovites and tourists attended performances by theater groups from different countries, concerts, film screenings, exhibitions, book presentations and meetings with writers," Sergunina said.

The most popular event of the year is the International Outdoor Festival "Teatralny Boulevard", which lasted 92 days: from June 1 to August 31. More than 3 thousand artists took part in it. They presented about 1,000 productions, ranging from classical dramas and musicals to puppet shows. Over 1.5 million people became viewers.

The second Moscow International Film Week brought together about 700,000 residents and guests of the capital. The program included screenings of Russian and foreign films, business and autograph sessions, a charity film auction, guided tours and creative activities.

The audience of the Book in the City project exceeded 600 thousand people. Throughout the summer, meetings with authors, presentations of new publications, and lectures were held at three locations in the city center. More than 120 artists, musicians and athletes joined the literary readings.

The "Night at the Museum" campaign was held at 170 venues, which were visited by over 550 thousand citizens and tourists. For the first time in its history, artificial intelligence acted as a virtual guide.

In August, within the framework of the forum "Territory of the Future. Moscow 2030" the Cultural City festival was organized in Zaryadye Park. 500 thousand people became his guests. More than 7,000 artists from Russia and 26 other countries performed in front of the audience.
