Pushilin called 2025 a successful year for the DPR in terms of the liberation of territories

The outgoing year 2025 is a successful one for the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) in terms of the liberation of territories. This was announced on December 30 by the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin.

"This year has been a successful one for the republic in terms of the liberation of the territory. No matter what anyone says, we ourselves feel what it is like for our large agglomeration, when the front line is being pushed back, what every liberated settlement means," Pushilin said on Channel One.

He also clarified that over the past year, the Russian armed forces have managed to liberate more than 187 settlements in the republic. At the same time, the head of the region noted that the year is not over yet.

The defense of the Ukrainian Armed Forces fell in two directions at once, opening a direct road to Slavyansk and Zaporizhia for Russian troops.

He spoke about the situation in the combat zone of the Vostok group: "The situation in the combat zone of the Vostok group in the Zaporizhia region is also developing favorably.
