The defense of singer Larisa Dolina today refused to hand over the keys on the designated day — December 30. Svetlana Sviridenko, the lawyer of Polina Lurie's buyer, told Izvestia about this.

"We asked today to hand over the apartment, [Dolina's lawyer Maria] Pukhova refused," she said.

In addition, the singer is currently continuing her move. For the second day in a row, movers have been taking things out of her sold apartment in Khamovniki.

Earlier that day, Sviridenko said that their side did not intend to evict the actress with the help of bailiffs until January 5. According to the lawyer, the real estate buyer expects that Dolina will leave the apartment on her own without using coercive measures.

On December 16, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized ownership of the disputed apartment as Dolina za Lurie. It was clarified that the court also decided to cancel all decisions of the lower courts in the case of the sale of the apartment of the artist.

On December 25, the Moscow City Court granted Lurie's demands and ordered Dolina to be evicted from a five-room apartment in the Khamovniki district.
