The attack by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Novgorod region is a terrorist act. This was announced on December 30 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"Indeed, this is a terrorist act aimed at disrupting the negotiation process. It is directed not only against President Putin personally," he said during a briefing.
