Dolina's side did not file a complaint against the decision to evict the actress.
Singer Larisa Dolina's side did not file a complaint against the Moscow City Court's decision to evict the artist from Polina Lurie's apartment in the Khamovnicheskaya district of Moscow. Maria Pukhova, Dolina's lawyer, announced this on December 30.
"We did not file a complaint against the eviction decision and did not intend to do so," TASS quoted the lawyer as saying.
It is noted that the deadline for appealing the court's decision has expired, and the eviction decision has entered into force.
Earlier that day, Lurie's lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko said that their side did not intend to evict the actress with the help of bailiffs until January 5. According to the lawyer, the real estate buyer expects that Dolina will leave the apartment on her own without using coercive measures.
At the same time, a day earlier, lawyer Danil Prokopenko noted that Dolina could be forcibly evicted from Lurie's apartment, but the procedure would take time, and she had the opportunity to vacate the premises until about January 20th. The lawyer explained that the procedure involves a number of actions, after which the bailiffs give 10 working days for voluntary eviction.
On December 16, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized ownership of the disputed apartment as Dolina za Lurie. It was clarified that the court also decided to cancel all decisions of the lower courts in the case of the sale of the artist's apartment.
