The State Duma talked about the expansion of benefits for heroine mothers from January 1.

Starting from January 1, 2026, the Russian women who were awarded the title of "heroine mothers" will apply for medical care without waiting lists, exemption from paying for housing and communal services, as well as for providing them with a free plot of land. This was announced on Tuesday, December 30, by Vasilina Kuliyeva, a member of the State Duma Committee on Family Protection, Fatherhood, Motherhood and Childhood (LDPR).

"On January 1, 2026, the federal law On Providing Social Guarantees to women awarded the title of "Mother Heroine" comes into force... heroine mothers are guaranteed extraordinary free medical care, in particular, free medicines, manufacture and repair of dentures, as well as a free trip to sanatorium-resort organizations once a year," she said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
