Ukraine does not need to establish peace, as it is not being paid for it — the West is financing Kiev for committing terrorist attacks. This was announced on December 30 by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova.

"Kiev doesn't need peace, Ukraine doesn't get paid for peace, they only pay for terrorist attacks," she said on Rossiya 1.
