Ex-member of the Finnish Parliament and his wife received refugee status in Russia
Former member of the Finnish Parliament Ano Turtiainen and his wife Minna Marita, who were persecuted in their homeland, were solemnly granted refugee status in the territory of the Russian Federation. This was announced on Monday, December 29, by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Irina Volk.
"A Finnish politician has been granted refugee status in Russia...> The head of the Department for Refugees, Temporary Asylum and Internally Displaced Persons of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow, Police Lieutenant Colonel Alexei Zhurin, issued refugee certificates to the Turtiainen family and congratulated them," she said in a message on her Telegram channel.
