A 250,000-year-old resident received the keys to a new apartment under the Moscow renovation program. This was announced by Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in his channel in the MAX.

Ekaterina Kuklina's family is moving into a house at 31 Garibaldi Street, the first renovation building built from large ready—made modules. The building was built in six months. The installation of the finished blocks on the construction site lasted about a month.

The structures needed for construction are produced at a robotic factory in Vnukovo. The technologies used at the enterprise can significantly reduce the construction time and improve the quality of housing. As a result, the service life of the house reaches 100 years.

Sobyanin also said that the start has been given to the settlement of about 20 more residential complexes located in different areas of the city. According to the mayor, the renovation program has already been implemented by more than a quarter, and the pace will continue to grow — all conditions have been created for this.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
