Since the launch of the Russpass travel service in 2020, it has been used more than 100 million times, said Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina.

"Ruspass combines travel offers across 85 regions of Russia. Over the years, the service has become a nationwide project that is constantly evolving. It regularly offers new opportunities and functions for both tourists and representatives of the hospitality industry," said Sergunina.

On the platform, you can choose a ready-made route or create your own, purchase plane tickets and other types of transport, book a hotel room, and create a cultural and educational program for the trip. One of the novelties of 2025 is individual selections prepared by artificial intelligence. The neural network provides personalized recommendations on choosing hotels, attractions, and cultural venues.

The portal "Ruspass. Business", where more than 4 thousand travel companies have already registered. A list of federal and city support measures is available on the platform for them, a catalog of locations for business events and a list of industry events are open. There is also a job exchange and a "Knowledge Base" with materials about the capital's hospitality industry.

Russpass oversees the metropolitan Tourism Committee together with the city Department of Information Technology. The digital infrastructure of the service formed the basis of the national travel portal.rf.
