Since 2018, in 12 Russian regions with the participation of DOM.The Russian Federation has restored 20 cultural heritage sites with a total area of 15.5 thousand square meters. m. This was reported by the company's external communications service.

The restored facilities include chambers, residential buildings, estates, hotels, catering establishments, shops, military and administrative buildings designed and built in the 17th and 20th centuries. Five monuments were put in order in St. Petersburg, three in Moscow, two each in the Sverdlovsk and Tomsk regions, one each in the Kaliningrad, Nizhny Novgorod, Saratov, Tver and Tyumen regions, Primorsky and Stavropol Territories, as well as in Buryatia.

All of them were previously transferred to the new owners at the DOM.RF auction.

"The preservation of historical and cultural heritage is an essential part of our work as a development institution. house.The Russian Federation began this activity by organizing effective procedures for involving federal property objects in economic turnover, many of which have historical value. With our assistance, the new responsible owners have already received 144 such buildings in 35 regions of the country. According to him, the HOUSE.The Russian Federation, as the operator of the presidential window restoration program, provides investors with access to preferential financing for restoration work. "In addition, work continues on filling the heritage.dom.rf portal, which collects comprehensive information about historical buildings in different parts of the country that can be preserved with the involvement of the investment community," Mutko added.

Office and educational centers, cafes, restaurants, shops, exhibition halls, and museums have opened in the renovated buildings.
