The State Duma recalled the possibility of residents to control the work of the Criminal Code from 2026

From the beginning of 2026 in Russia, management companies (CC) of apartment buildings (MCD) will have to keep a report on activities according to a single sample, which will be posted in the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services (GIS Housing and Communal Services). This was announced on December 28 by Alexander Aksenenko, deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services.

"Starting from January 1, 2026, management companies will be required to annually fill out a report based on a single sample and post it in the GIS housing and communal services. Previously, reports also existed, but there was no single format for them, and therefore each management company provided information in a format that was exclusively convenient for them. This made it impossible to objectively compare the performance of companies and analyze financial flows. Now the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation has approved a single standard for the report," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
