Electronic warfare systems eliminated two drones in the Smolensk region

In the Smolensk region, two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were eliminated by electronic warfare, as a result of which the fence of a private household was damaged. This was announced on December 27 by Governor Vasily Anokhin in his Telegram channel.

"Dear Smolyans, two Ukrainian UAVs have been suppressed by electronic warfare systems of the Russian Ministry of Defense in the Smolensk region," the head of the region wrote.

According to him, when one of the devices fell and the debris scattered, the metal fence of a private house was slightly damaged. Anokhin clarified that there were no casualties, but operational services were working on the spot. He also urged residents to observe security measures.
