- Footage of the detention of a Donetsk resident who called for strikes on Moscow has been published
On December 27, the FSB of Russia published footage of the detention of a Donetsk resident who called for strikes against Moscow.
The published footage shows how FSB officers detained a woman in the entrance when leaving the apartment, and also conducted a search, as a result of which leaflets in support of Ukraine were found in her possession. In addition, comments calling for the killing of Russians and attacks on Moscow were found in her Telegram.
The woman said that she had sent photographs of the location of military equipment to an employee of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of Ukraine, while the woman had not received a reward for this. She stressed that she understood the illegality of her actions, and when asked about the reasons for this, she replied: "it happened historically."
The detention of a Donetsk resident became known on the same day. During the investigation, it turned out that the woman had established contact with Ukrainian intelligence, and also sent photos of military equipment of the Russian armed forces via messenger. The investigation opened cases against her under Part 2 of Article 205.2 ("Public calls to carry out terrorist activities, public justification of terrorism or propaganda of terrorism") and Article 276 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("Espionage").
