The Russian Ministry of Health has developed a draft order that establishes cases where work in medicine and pharmacy is possible without mandatory knowledge verification (accreditation) or a special certificate. This became known on December 26.

"I order you to identify the cases and conditions attached to this order under which individuals may be allowed to carry out medical and/or pharmaceutical activities without passing specialist accreditation and/or in specialties not provided for by a specialist's certificate or specialist's accreditation," TASS quoted the draft order as saying.
