VKKS will consider the appointment of Davydov to the post of first deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council

On Monday, December 29, the Higher Qualification Board of Judges (HCCC) of the Russian Federation will discuss the candidacy of Vladimir Davydov, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Judicial Board for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, for recommendation as a candidate for the position of first Deputy chairman. This was announced on December 26 in an addendum to the agenda of the next meeting of the HCCC.

"Vladimir Alexandrovich Davydov's statement on his recommendation as a candidate for the post of First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation (according to the competition announced in Rossiyskaya Gazeta No. 282 dated December 11, 2025)," the agenda says.
