Hybrid crossover Evolve i-Space will get all-wheel drive in Russia

In Russia, sales of a new modification of the Evolute i-Space hybrid crossover will begin in the first quarter of 2026. It differs from the version already available on the market by the presence of a second electric motor and an all-wheel drive system. The model has already passed certification tests, the company said in a statement, which was received by Izvestia on December 26.

The all-wheel drive version of the Evolve i-Space has an additional electric motor on the rear axle and develops a total of 367 hp (470 Nm), allowing you to accelerate from zero to 100 km/h in 7.1 seconds. The company noted that at the same time, the taxable capacity will be only 159 hp. In the all-wheel drive version, the crossover will be offered in a five-seat version.

The total range of such an i-Space reaches 1000 km on the WLTC cycle. Fuel consumption is 5.6 liters per 100 km. The crossover supports fast charging via the CCS2 connector: the charging time of the traction battery from 30% to 80% is 20 minutes.

The updated Evolve i-Space is produced at a factory in the Lipetsk region, it went on sale in Russia in September. Available in one configuration and two versions — a five- and seven-seater. The first one costs from 2.49 million rubles, the second — from 2.59 million rubles. The electric motor develops 218 hp and 330 Nm of torque, providing acceleration to 100 km/ h in 7.8 seconds. The total power reserve increased to 1250 km.

Earlier, on December 4, Evolve declassified the prices of the new generation i-Joy electric crossover. The model will be presented in three trim levels. Its price in the initial version is 1.79 million rubles (including state support in the amount of 35%, but not more than 925 thousand rubles).
