On behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin, contacts took place between Moscow and Washington on the results of negotiations between the two countries' delegations in Miami. This was announced on December 26 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"On behalf of President Putin, a contact took place with the Russian and US administrations. It was agreed to continue the dialogue," he said during a briefing.
