Russia and the DPRK are developing new tourism programs and do not rule out joint initiatives to create tourism infrastructure in the future. This was announced on December 26 by the head of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation, Alexander Kozlov, who is also co-chairman of the intergovernmental commission of the two countries.
