The Ministry of Education has approved instructions on the actions of teachers in conflict situations

On December 11, during a meeting of the Council of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation for the protection of professional honor and dignity of teaching staff in Moscow, two documents were adopted-instructions for employees of educational institutions on actions in conflict situations. This was reported on the website of the Ministry of Education on the same day.

"During the event, two documents were adopted — instructions for the head of an organization engaged in educational activities on actions in case of a conflict between a teacher and participants in educational relations and instructions for teaching staff on How to stop aggressive behavior: actions of a teacher," the statement said.

It is noted that the instructions offer a clear algorithm of actions and will help school staff in resolving possible incidents and creating a safe environment for students.

According to RBC, as of December 26, the recommendations were sent to schools. In the event of a conflict situation, its resolution will take place in five stages. Each of them takes from one to three days.
