Starting from January 2026, the minimum wage in Russia will be increased by 21% to more than 27 thousand rubles per month. This was announced on December 26 by State Duma deputy Alexei Govyrin, the United Russia party.

"Starting from January 1, 2026, the minimum wage will increase by almost 21% to 27,093 rubles per month," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
